The study, published today and titled, "The Real ROI Report: Microsoft Business Solutions Navision" concluded that more than 67 percent of Navision customers had already achieved a positive ROI with an average payback period of 34 months. Additionally, the report also found that 64 percent of customers completed their project on time, and 58 percent completed their deployment under budget. Navision's ROI study results were based on user experiences and factual data – the only method guaranteeing the validity of the results. Using Nucleus Research's rigorous methodology, the study concluded high percentages of Navision's customers achieving positive ROI from their deployment. Key findings from the survey include:
