xRM is a method of customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM for other business applications. xRM uses the standard attributes of CRM, such as relationships, entities, workflows, and reports, to accelerate and simplify the development of custom applications. In exploring xRM projects, Nucleus analysts found developers could reduce custom development time by 50 percent or more.
