Contact verification systems

Notes and Reports
September 2003 - Report D97

Using contact verification systems is an inexpensive way to keep critical business contact information updated on a regular basis. Though the systems' low cost can lead to a rapid payback, their method for requesting updated contact information, is unproven and potentially flawed.
