THE BOTTOM LINE

IBM continues its acquisition strategy with the purchases of MRO software and Webify Solutions. This gives IBM more asset management and service-oriented architecture (SOA) products, but delivers little more for customers than a one-stop shop if IBM doesn�t focus on integrating its tools to make deployments more rapid and less costly.
