Kronos Workforce Acquisition is a Web-based tool used in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new part-time workers. In examining the application, Nucleus identified benefits that included a reduction to the time required to fill a position by up to 30 percent and a measurable improvement in employers’ ability to collect tax credits ranging between $1,200 and $9,000 per eligible new hire. Nucleus also found the application reduced costs by enabling managers to improve the quality of new hires.
