By applying business intelligence practices to CRM data, Cloud9 Analytics enables sales organizations to analyze the quality of their sales pipelines and create alerts so that sales managers know about problems before deals are lost. Nucleus found that when sales organizations adopt the application, they spend more time selling and less time building sales reports and investigating performance-to-goal variances.
