Microsoft’s latest Dynamics CRM announcement highlights Microsoft’s focus on usability while battling perceptions that Microsoft is only for simple CRM tasks. An aggressive pricing strategy and developments in functionality puts Microsoft closer to par with Salesforce.com on core CRM at roughly one-half to one-third the per-user subscription price.
