Because MicroStrategy already supports embedded data in Microsoft Excel, it is unclear how much additional value will come from MicroStrategy Office, a solution promoted mainly for its ability to let users run reports without exiting Office tools. For the time being, most companies will be able to identify other IT projects with a clearer potential for ROI and payback.
