When Nucleus analyzed software companies’ use of NetSuite, it found they were able to improve sales and customer service productivity and improve financial management. Analysts also found that NetSuite’s integrated software-as-a-service delivery model supported software companies’ growth requirements with a relatively limited IT investment.
