Nimble’s social business platform provides users with a single portal interface to manage and track their e-mail messages, contacts, social network activity, and deals and activities. As contact management becomes more dynamic and virtual, staying engaged with contacts means knowing what they’re doing on an ongoing basis − not just when they change titles or jobs. Nucleus found that rather than process-focused CRM functionality, Nimble helps users maintain engagement with clients and prospects with less legwork − driving individual productivity gains.
