Tangible results of IBM Smarter Commerce The goal of IBM Smarter Commerce is to turn customer insight into action. Nucleus found that by using analytics IBM customers could gain valuable insight on how to keep their customers happy. Nucleus also found other benefits: the companies surveyed were able to avoid, on average, $1.6 million in annual personnel costs while boosting productivity by an average of 30 percent.
