Parker’s Convenience Stores adopted PeopleMatter technology to improve its hiring practices and documentation of new hires. Nucleus found that by using PeopleMatter to improve the quality of new hires, the chain avoided the cost of replacing an average of 117 employees per year. Another area of benefit was the collection of Worker Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC), which average $9,000. With better documentation, the average annual number of credits received increased from seven to 70.
