IBM announces Predictive Customer Intelligence

IBM announced Predictive Customer Intelligence, a new predictive analytics offering that will add more strength to IBM’s Smarter Commerce portfolio. The prepackaged offering, vertical-specific content and templates, and connectors will drive faster and more predictable time to value, and likely put the power of predictive analytics within the reach of more customers. This announcement also cements IBM’s growing footprint in the customer relationship management (CRM) space.
