IBM Commerce delivers $14.79 for every dollar spent

Nucleus analyzed the data from the past two years of IBM Commerce ROI case studies and found that for every dollar spent, companies realized an average of $14.79 in returns — up 23 percent from the previous analysis published in March 2013. IBM Commerce applications help companies buy, market, sell, and provide customer service. Nucleus found companies took advantage of IBM’s investment in cloud, integration, and analytics to positively impact their bottom line.
