Microsoft Convergence Update

At Microsoft Convergence this year, Microsoft announced Dynamics AX 2012 R3, scheduled for availability May 1, with a new applications and services framework for building custom applications. The company also announced new capabilities and pricing for Dynamics CRM for release in the second quarter of 2014, including Social Listening and Unified Service Desk. With the goal of “delivering amazing experiences to customers,” Microsoft is headed in the right direction. Further simplifying the experience for its customers is an important next step to differentiate the value proposition of Dynamics.
