Smart E-Verify achieves Oracle Validated Integration with PeopleSoft HCM

On June 10, 2014, Smart ERP Solutions, Inc. announced integration with PeopleSoft HCM. Smart E-Verify is backed by the Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system and automates compliance for determining employment eligibility for new hires according to U.S. government requirements. The integration reduces the amount of time and resources employers need to configure and manage compliance, reduces the amount of time recruiters spend verifying employment eligibility, and reduces the time spent by hiring managers processing applicants who should not have been cleared for interviews.
