At a recent conference, Nucleus talked with PeopleSoft customers to understand their use of the solution, their perceived benefits, and their internal costs of deploying and supporting the solution. The customer responses largely confirmed the market positioning, trending away from on-premise deployments, and revealed that while PeopleSoft provides advanced and integrated functionality, its high costs in usability and implementation reduce the solution’s ROI potential.
