There were more than 400 Salesforce partners at the Dreamforce 2017 Customer Success Expo. These partners offer edge customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities, which Nucleus has found deliver 4.2 times the return on investment (ROI) of core CRM. Nucleus spoke with partners representative of increasing investment in areas of edge CRM including sales enablement, e-commerce, artificial intelligence (AI), geolocation, contact center enablement, and video. Nucleus took a closer look at a number of AppExchange partners in these areas to better understand their value proposition.
