Despite the relatively low migration rate compared to ERP, HCM, and CRM deployments, Nucleus Research found that customers are happy with their ECM deployments and attain a positive ROI. However, as cloud-based solutions have lower deployment costs and lower ongoing maintenance costs, customers looking to deploy in the cloud are able to achieve a higher ROI.
