Manhattan Associates has stepped forward with one of the first omnichannel solutions combining supply chain execution with order management and mobile customer engagement. Its solution for unified commerce offers retailers a platform with three key benefits: reduced supply chain costs, increased revenue and enhanced customer loyalty. Nucleus Research estimates that an integrated omnichannel solution could accelerate time to value by three to four months and result in lower ongoing support costs as well.
