E2Open acquires Terra Technology

On March 4, 2016 E2Open announced it had acquired Terra Technology to obtain a front-end solution to complement its existing backend components for a supply chain control tower. Successful integration of Terra Technology and E2Open would reduce control tower development and deployment costs by one third while reducing project risk. The acquisition puts E2Open a step ahead of other vendors in providing an off-the-shelf control tower solution for consumer products manufacturers and omnichannel retailers.
