Microsoft announces Dynamics CRM Spring 2016 Wave

Microsoft recently announced Dynamics CRM Spring 2016 Wave with availability in the second quarter of 2016 for CRM Online customers. New guided navigation capabilities will help flatten the customer relationship management (CRM) learning curve. However, other investments are a marked departure from Microsoft’s simplicity as a differentiator – and have limited value for the broad Dynamics CRM user base.
