Tackling the compliance challenge in HCM

Compliance is now a marketing word in HCM as the challenge has been issued to HR to mitigate the financial risk that it poses. As a result, 70 percent of the top vendors in HCM are developing their solutions and selling on the basis of compliance provisions. The truth is that compliance is tough to quantify because it involves costs that have not happened and that do not have regularity in past trends. While compliance poses risks to all customers, not all solutions are created equal in terms of the value of their functionality, and Nucleus analyzed the case studies performed in HCM and spoke with customers to identify five vendors who are actually delivering value in compliance management.
