It is no secret that the cloud and mobile technology have allowed HCM solutions to invade even the most private moments for employees. As more portable devices are being introduced from Google Glass to FitBit and beyond, human capital management vendors are trying to embrace them with few non-traditional models actually making the mark. While these vendors have created labels for data accessibility such as ‘terminals’, ‘mobile devices’, and ‘wearable technology’ Nucleus has examined the concept from the standpoint of universal accessibility on the bases of adoptability and versatility.
