Fifty-five percent of i2 customers interviewed did not believe that they had achieved a positive ROI from their deployments after having used i2 for an average of 2.2 years. Since the average i2 deployment costs more than $7 million over a 3-year period, companies should carefully estimate the hard-dollar benefits from the software and assess the probability of achieving that return before making an investment decision.
