Assessing the value of TestSource

March 15, 2011 - Research L10

When Nucleus examined organizations using TestSource to examine job applicants, it identified two significant productivity benefits. Hiring staff spent less time in interviews because TestSource made it easier to identify unsuitable candidates earlier in the hiring process. Hiring managers also spent less time preparing for interviews because TestSource assessments include a list of questions that should be asked of a candidate based on their test results. Organizations also indicated that better hiring enabled them to reduce turnover and increase the amount of time managers spent on patient care.
