After a long quiet period, Infor is bringing its enterprise strategy to the market with an emphasis on usability, integration, social, and the cloud. Ming.le’s instrumented approach is likely to appeal to existing and new customers alike; however, convincing customers to undergo the disruption of upgrading (a reimplementation at this point for most) remains Infor’s biggest challenge. Infor’s one-to-one marketing approach and support of its partner ecosystem will be important factors in its success.
