Salesforce launched the Desk.com App Hub on November 24. This release aims to provide an offering that is built specifically for small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs), and addresses issues such as integration and growth capabilities. Nucleus found that the solution offers a centralized source for many CRM capabilities that users can build upon at will.
