Employers’ responsibilities in complying with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) extend beyond what any vendor of solutions for workforce management (WFM) can do. Even so, an employer’s ability to comply rests heavily on four factors: the caliber of a WFM vendor’s service, the vendor’s approach to data, the power of the technology, and ACA-related features the vendor’s system offers. WFM vendors’ abilities in these areas vary, and in a report, later this year, Nucleus will rate the largest players, in each category.
