Slack takes on the enterprise

Nucleus Research found that users adopting Slack to integrate or replace enterprise content management (ECM) and business process management (BPM) tools, will likely experience a productivity increase ranging from 14 to 18 percent. By embracing Nucleus Research’s Dark Cockpit principles of simplification and focus, Slack’s imminent enterprise debut will enable users to visualize and be a part of all relevant organizational interactions based on the users’ roles within companies.
