Micro-marketing pushes the ground-level, tactical aspects of marketing to the edges of the company, increasing the productivity of marketers by 45 to 50 percent. After in-depth interviews with marketers and salespeople, Nucleus found that the benefits of micro-marketing go beyond increasing the productivity of marketers, however. Companies that implement micro-marketing can expect a more effective sales department that closes more deals, and cost savings on ground-level marketing tasks of up to 25 percent.
