Users pointed to ease of use, faster time-to-value, lower operational burden, and stronger alignment between data, workflows, and execution across the customer lifecycle. Nucleus found that these factors translated into measurable gains across both operational efficiency and cost. Customers reported a 68 percent reduction in application development time and up to a 74 percent reduction in sales administrative effort, enabling teams to move faster with less manual work. Organizations also saw a 45 percent reduction in manual data coordination time and a 35 percent reduction in marketing execution time, improving cross-functional execution across the customer lifecycle. In addition, customers reported a 20 to 40 percent reduction in total cost of ownership. Users also noted greater agility and a stronger ability to adapt processes and support continuous improvement as business needs evolved.
