ROI case study: UKG Pro WFM at Community Health System

Community Health System implemented UKG Pro Workforce Management and achieved a 350 percent ROI, with the organization recovering its investment in the technology less than six months after the rollout. Previously lacking centralized visibility into scheduling operations while requiring specialized capabilities across units, Community adopted UKG’s Basic, Advanced, and EZCall scheduling solutions. This resulted in a significant reduction in absenteeism, FTE leakage, and reliance on extraneous staffing resources, generating more than $1.2 million in annual benefits. Additionally, managers each saved an average of four hours a week spent scheduling compared to previous methods, translating to annual savings of more than $1.5 million for the Advanced Scheduling module alone.
