Suffolk Construction Achieves 207% ROI by Deploying 170 MarkView Financial Suite

Increases early payments and productivity, reducing costs

BOSTON – October 14, 2009 – Nucleus Research analysts examined Suffolk Construction’s deployment of the 170 MarkView Financial Suite from 170 Systems, Inc., which was recently acquired by Kofax, and found a 207% return on investment (ROI) with payback in six months.

Suffolk Construction is one of the leading privately held building contracting firms in the U.S. with offices throughout the country. A combination of organic growth and geographic expansion put an increasing strain on the Suffolk Construction invoicing system. The labor-intensive workflows slowed down invoice processing times, causing a lag in revenue recognition when calculating project process and preventing the company from taking advantage of cost discounts for early payments.
