Acumatica extends its CRM reach

At the recent Acumatica Summit, the company announced new product capabilities and partnerships for its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) product. It also announced new customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities such as field service and commerce support, dashboard enhancements, Docusign integration, and Salesforce integration. Nucleus estimates Acumatica customers using its CRM capabilities gain greater efficiencies while saving $5000 or more a year by avoiding additional CRM purchases. New Salesforce integration will drive user productivity gains for joint customers by an estimated 6 to 12 percent.
