Acumatica Summit 2026 updates

At Acumatica Summit 2026 in Seattle, the software vendor focused less on announcing a single new product and more on showing how the platform is being refined to help customers execute work more efficiently across finance, operations, and industry-specific workflows. The event highlighted progress across usability, in-product collaboration, reporting, and practical AI capabilities such as conversational data access, workflow assistance, and early orchestration, with security and data quality repeatedly emphasized as prerequisites. Nucleus spoke with several customers at the event and highlighted two in this report, including a global industrial manufacturer that used Acumatica to support roughly 400 percent revenue growth and reduce order cycle times by about 40 percent compared to industry norms, and a nonprofit services organization that improved financial visibility while materially reducing administrative overhead. Taken together, the event reinforced that Acumatica’s value proposition is centered on incremental execution improvement rather than transformational disruption, with realized ROI dependent on customers modernizing data, simplifying workflows, and adopting the platform as a continuous improvement system rather than a one-time replacement.
