Asure acquires PeopleCube

Asure Software recently announced plans to acquire PeopleCube, a provider of cloud-based workplace management solutions. PeopleCube’s products help customers better manage their facilities to reduce energy cost and consumption, maximize office space utilization, and improve efficiency across the organization. By combining PeopleCube’s intelligent workplace analytics and on-demand delivery model with Asure’s workforce management (WFM) and facility scheduling and management software, customers will be able to leverage the benefits of a cloud model, improved employee and facility efficiency, and a vendor with a broader footprint.
