Augmenting employee productivity: OSV’s digital assistants

At its 2019 Roadshow, One Source Virtual (OSV) announced its new Robotic Processes as a Service (RPaaS) products: digital workers and task bots, meant to improve employee efficiency by reducing the time workers engage in administrative tasks. Nucleus believes that these products are the next step in employee self-service solutions as they automate a wider range of tasks than traditional human capital management (HCM) products.
