Benefit case study: Deltek Replicon at Large Global Manufacturer

A large global manufacturer deployed Deltek Replicon to replace a legacy time and attendance system that was generating systematic payroll errors and placing an unsustainable administrative burden on its engineering workforce. The prior platform required engineers to complete timesheets manually, which was time consuming and ultimately produced incorrect overtime and shift calculations in approximately nine out of ten cases.
