Benefit case study: G2Mint drives 10x revenue productivity for a 3PL

December 11, 2025 - Research Z220

A technology-enabled third-party logistics provider specializing in managed transportation for consumer-packaged goods and food and beverage brands deployed G2Mint to modernize its transportation operations and support growth without increasing labor. The company’s prior systems could not support multimodal freight planning, direct carrier integrations, or the cloud-based architecture required to scale its managed transportation business. After evaluating the market, the organization selected G2Mint for the combination of its multimodal capabilities, pricing, and integration flexibility. The platform was deployed in roughly two and a half months and is now used to automate planning tasks, centralize rating and tendering workflows, and eliminate mode-specific tools. Since going live, the 3PL has increased revenue productivity from about $1.5M per employee to a model capable of supporting nearly ten times that level as the business moves toward a $100M revenue target with a lean team. These gains have allowed the organization to scale transportation execution without adding headcount while maintaining its strategy of delivering savings back to customers.
