Benefitfocus announces HR InTouch Marketplace

As part of the keynote speech at Benefitfocus’s customer conference on May 7, 2014, the company announced the release of their HR InTouch Marketplace the Whole Workforce Edition. The release provides a cloud-based HR management portal for employees to engage in enrollment from a private exchange and for HR managers to process enrollment requests and administer plan management increasing productivity in plan administration and reducing errors in communications.
