Content bloat drains productivity by 8 percent

Nucleus Research found that, on average, 24.7 percent of stored content is irrelevant to enterprise content management (ECM) application users. With irrelevant content stymieing productivity and potentially resulting in significant costs for customers, the vendors who best address the rising challenge of content bloat stand to deliver five percent more daily productivity to users while gaining key momentum against competitors.
