Dreamforce Highlights

This year’s Dreamforce focused on the themes of trust, innovation and artificial intelligence (AI), equality and climate, personal empowerment, and inclusive capitalism. Key announcements included a new partnership with Apple, Salesforce Customer 360 to provide an integrated view of customers across sales, marketing, and service. Most of the product announcements at this year were incremental in nature, they represent important steps to helping customers get the most value out of their existing Salesforce investments through greater integration and greater usability.
