Epicor launches new mobile CRM application

Earlier this month, Epicor, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, launched a new mobile CRM application. The application is designed for automotive service organizations already using Epicor Service CRM. As the demand for industry-specific applications grows, business technology vendors across all verticals have followed suit. Epicor’s development of a mobile application will provide additional value for current Epicor Service CRM users by reducing data entry errors, increasing business opportunities, and boosting employee productivity by an estimated 10 percent. In addition, the mobile application will help organizations deliver the on-demand, digital experience desired by customers.
