ERP announcements from the Sage Summit

At the 2012 Sage Summit, the Sage Group announced new versions and enhancements for three of its enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. In addition to functional enhancements for ERP, Sage also introduced new cloud delivery models and subscription licensing, along with mobile and cloud apps for small and medium sized businesses. By extending its cloud offering, Sage can help more companies reduce their IT costs related to implementation and maintenance. The new mobile and cloud apps are offered as an alternative to add-ons or third party solutions that customers used to enhance the core functionality of their ERP solutions. Apps can provide the same level of functionality, but they are easier to plug into the core system and require little administration.
