As the workforce management (WFM) market has evolved over the past decade, cloud applications have gained in popularity over on-premise applications. In its exploration of customers of Ceridian Dayforce, a leading cloud WFM vendor, Nucleus found there were a number of reasons beyond total cost of ownership that drove decision makers to choose cloud applications including increased flexibility, accelerated deployment, and usability.
