In a recently published report, Nucleus found that benefits tied to improving the performance of sales teams to increase revenue was a smaller driver of ROI organizations achieved from a modern CRM deployment. For this reason, organizations looking to improve seller effectiveness must consider supplementing their existing solutions with sales-specific technology designed to help sales teams close more deals. Nucleus identified four features of sales intelligence tools that deliver tangible benefits and supplement the value provided by a CRM solution on its own. Organizations leveraging these capabilities are expected to experience benefits including a six to ten percent increase in close rates, a 30 percent average acceleration in sales rep time-to-value, and ultimately, increased revenue.
