HRTech 2013 Predictions

October 9, 2013 - Research N155

HR Tech opened on October 7, 2013 in Vegas to 8,000 attendees, with directors and VP titles a majority, and 300 vendors big and small showing their wares. This year’s HR tech sees established vendors closing their hire to retire technology gaps, vendors offering alternatives to established practices, and a continuation of the focus on social, mobile and big data that has characterized the market over the past year. Nucleus expects that the conference will prompt HR decisions makers to rethink the focus on transactional efficiency gains and evaluate their HR investments for productivity across a holistic hire to retire process.
