Is Apple rotting?
The iPhone11 is rumored to launch September 10th, and be faster than its counterpart with a more advanced camera and upgraded operating system. To understand the perception of Apple, Nucleus surveyed 142 mobile phone users and found that only 30 percent of current iPhone users are considering purchasing the new iPhone while more than two thirds would like to see the headphone jack return. More than 70 percent of current iPhone users stated that their perception of Apple either has stayed the same or has weakened. With strong competitors such as Samsung and Google, for Apple to retain its predominance the company needs to do more with its iPhone strategy. Apple cannot follow the same tired path of offering minor improvements to the technology, camera, and case style.
