At the Kinexions 2024 conference in Miami, Kinaxis showcased the evolution of RapidResponse to the Kinaxis Maestro platform. With Maestro, organizations retain access to the same data and configurations they had with RapidResponse. However, they will now benefit from the fusion of advanced technologies like heuristics, optimization, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics with a generative AI interface. This interface allows users to converse with their data and receive instant reports. For example, users can ask how they can prevent a stockout or what the impact of a sudden increase in demand might be on inventory levels. The main objective of Maestro is to improve supply chain orchestration for organizations by bringing together people, processes, and data from planning to delivery with a conversational interface.
